- BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
- Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges.
- If you Cancel before dispatch
- Refund in Bank Account : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 4% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.
- if we are not able to fulfill your order - Full amount will be refunded in your account
- The refund process usually takes from 3 days to 7 days to reflects amount in your account.
- Please note that mybookset.com has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.
- If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies. Normal time : 24-48 Hours
- We do not replace or exchange the books.
- Only Defective books can be replaced within 7 days of the Delivery.
